Model notes
The supplied field footage establishes the visible process and equipment layout. Dimensions, hidden features, sample fastening positions and demonstration times are illustrative. The original customer recordings are excluded from these packages.
| Cell | Visible in the footage | Assumptions |
|---|---|---|
| Twin-spindle PCB cell | Paired vertical tools, two front presenters, a populated circuit board, a moving carriage and an adjacent optical head. | Representative hole pairs, screw transfer and seating travel. Optical-head function, torque limits and pitch require the build drawings. |
| Multi-angle robot cell | White articulated arm, screw presenter and tool approaches to flat, inclined and upright perforated faces. | Reference arm variant is unidentified. Arm geometry, joint paths, sample holes and fastener seating are illustrative. |
| Indexed multi-nest fixture | Rail-mounted carrier, paired openings in a metal mask, white nested components, overhead slide and a tube-fed vertical head. | Sampled pocket sequence, component shape and head stroke. Final component identity, fastener specification and feed sensing are unconfirmed. |
Motion and controls
The animation, downloadable model and narrated film share one motion sequence. Orbit and zoom in the simulation, or select Follow tool to use the sequence cameras. Show guard reveals a proposed enclosure. The simulator starts with its example readiness signals enabled.
Run controls can pause motion on a simulated fault. Restore readiness, select Normal cycle, acknowledge the hold and press Start to resume. The test controls operate only on this local demonstration.
Engineering scope
Selected tool, fixture, part-support and machine clearances were checked at intervals of 0.10 seconds, including non-adjacent robot links on the articulated cell. The review covers the illustrated motion. Final CAD, calibrated positions, tool loads, cable dress, torque values, safeguarding and production timing require machine data and commissioning.
